We expanded our offering in 2008 to include front-end environment, technical design and app development services.
In 2014, we acquired two software capabilities: the first to handle complex content management demands and a second to handle highly compressed video files.
2015 we acquired Conexus, significantly upgrading our delivery of white-glove installation services.Also extending our technology capabilities to deliver powerful digital networks.
We opened our West Coast office in Los Angeles and expanded our Warehouse and Engineering capabilities at our Louisville, KY HQ.
Relocated and centralized our Network Operations Center, Customer Service Support, and Accounting practice teams to our HQ.
We expanded our HQ facility in 2018 to 30,000 sq. ft; unveiling an Executive Briefing Center and world-class Showroom; And appointed sales leadership in San Francisco.
Thousands of installations have been deployed since our inception. We fearlessly rolled out 3,000 stores for a single retailer in just under 3 months. Creative Realities Inc. keeps expert watch over networks of 8,000+ nodes, and achieve uptime in 99% of cases – remotely, without needing to dispatch a tech for a site visit. We deliver network health and uptime run rates between 90-95% on average.
