Creative Realities and FanConnect Launch Integrated Venue Media and Digital Menu Solution for Sports and Entertainment Venues

Partnership brings together digital menu boards, IPTV and event-based automation to help venues run more efficiently, boost concession sales and keep fans engaged.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Creative Realities, Inc. ("Creative Realities," "CRI," or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CREX), a leading provider of digital signage, media and AdTech solutions, and FanConnect, a provider of connected venue media and IPTV technology, today announced a strategic partnership integrating Creative Realities' Clarity Digital Menuboard platform with FanConnect's IPTV platform. The combined solution gives sports and entertainment venues a single, automated system for managing digital menu boards, IPTV, event scheduling and content updates across the entire venue.

Many venues still manage digital menu boards and IPTV through separate systems, creating operational inefficiencies and missed revenue opportunities. The integrated platform addresses this directly by connecting content management, POS data and event scheduling into a single workflow.

With the integrated solution, venues can:

  • Automate menu board and IPTV content based on event schedules and venue activity
  • Update pricing, inventory and promotions in real time through POS integrations
  • Trigger content tied to in-game moments such as touchdowns, home runs and other major plays
  • Create new sponsorship inventory across concession and venue displays
  • Reduce manual updates through centralized content management and automation

Creative Realities’ Clarity platform is built for foodservice environments and powers digital menu experiences for major operators, quick-service restaurants and concession partners. The platform combines menu board software with content strategy that helps operators manage menus, promotions and product visibility more effectively.

Both companies will showcase the integrated solution at SEAT 2026, taking place June 28-30 in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they will participate as expanded title sponsors.
