Integration of disparate digital signage systems into one cohesive approach

The Challenge

Our mission was to provide on-site support for game day operations for all major events at AT&T Stadium, as well as ongoing maintenance, configuration, upgrades and support of all Cisco Stadium Vision head-end hardware and software, tailored to the operational requirements of each specific event. This integration is a game changer for the stadium as it begins to bring together disparate infrastructures into a more seamless digital signage operation.

The Solution

We deployed our digital menu software [Clarity] to integrate with the Cisco Stadium Vision digital signage solution for seamless functionality. We worked closely with the stadium's food and beverage provider, Legends, to design and implement more than 400 new menus, all based on our data-driven design optimization strategy.

The full scope of deliverables included hardware and software procurement, commissioning, installation, training and support services.

Areas of impact to the stadium ecosystem include the concourse, suites, backroom, golf store and concessions.

The Results

The engagement led us to retrofit over 35 Cowboys Pro Shops and fitness facilities across the U.S. with our ReflectView CMS, in just two weeks from start to finish. We continue to work with the Cowboys on ongoing support, IPTV and digital signage initiatives. This project was completed within the client's budget requirements and timelines.
