Integration of disparate digital signage systems into one cohesive approach

The challenge

Our remit was to provide onsite game day operations support for all major events at AT&T Stadium as well as on-going maintenance, configuration, upgrades and support of all Cisco Stadium Vision headend hardware and software - tailored to the operational requirements of each specific event. This integration is a step change for the stadium as it begins to pull together disparate infrastructure into a more seamless digital signage operation.

The solution

We deployed our purpose-built digital menu board software [Clarity] to integrate with Cisco Stadium Vision digital signage solution for seamless functionality. We partnered closely with the Stadium’s Food & Beverage supplier – Legends - to design & deploy over 400 new menu board, all utilizing and informed by our data-driven design optimization strategy. 

Total scope of deliverables includes hardware & software procurement, commissioning, installation, training, & support services

Areas of impact across the stadium ecosystem include the Concourse, the Suites, Back of House, Pro Shop & Retail and Concessions

The results

The engagement led to us retrofitting 35+ Cowboys Pro Retail Shops & Fitness facilities throughout the US with our ReflectView retail CMS, in just two short weeks from start to finish. We continue to work with the Cowboys on on-going support and IPTV and digital signage initiatives. This project was completed within the client’s budget requirements and timeline
