In Case You Missed It - Q4 2025

Q4 was a big quarter for Creative Realities. In case you missed it, the final months of the year saw meaningful growth and leadership evolution for the company.

Most notably, Creative Realities successfully closed the acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media (CDM), a leading Canadian provider of data-driven, experience-based digital marketing solutions. We also welcomed two seasoned executives to our leadership team: Dan McAllister as Chief Revenue Officer and Tamra Koshewa as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening our foundation for the next phase of growth.

Creative Realities Closes Acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media

On November 7, Creative Realities announced the successful closing of its acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media, a strategic move that significantly expands our presence and capabilities across North America. CDM delivers experience-based digital marketing solutions across five core verticals: Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Financial Services, Retail, Malls & Real Estate, and Lottery.

The acquisition also brings Canada’s largest mall-based digital out-of-home network into the CRI portfolio, with more than 750 screens nationwide.

Dan McAllister Joins CRI as Chief Revenue Officer

On November 11, Creative Realities welcomed Dan McAllister as Chief Revenue Officer. Dan brings more than 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation, with deep expertise across retail, automotive, QSR, hospitality, and large venue environments.

His appointment underscores CRI’s focus on scaling revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating go-to-market execution.

Creative Realities Appoints Tamra Koshewa as Chief Financial Officer

Later in November, Creative Realities announced the addition of Tamra Koshewa as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, Tamra brings a strong background in operational finance across manufacturing, technology, and services organizations.

Her appointment, following the CDM acquisition, positions CRI to effectively capture synergies, support continued expansion, and drive long-term financial performance.
