Celebrating 2025 Successes and Setting the Stage for 2026

Dear community,

2025 came to an end, and I want to take advantage of this opportunity to reflect with gratitude on what has been a pivotal period for Creative Realities. 2025 brought significant achievements that strengthened our capabilities, expanded our footprint, and positioned us for a transformative 2026.

We began the year by delivering our first full-scale deployment in Canada’s IPTV and live venue industry with the Vancouver Canucks; this important milestone extended our reach in the Sports & Entertainment sector and demonstrated the strength of our solutions at scale.

Shortly after, we completed our SOC 2 Type I audit, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence, security, and the reliability our customers expect from enterprise-grade SaaS products.

In Q2, we launched our first C-Store digital signage proof of concept (PoC) for Circle K Mexico, opening the door to new opportunities across a fast-growing region and validating the impact of localized, dynamic in-store digital communication.

By the end of Q3, we launched our Digital Drive-Thru 2.0 solution, a modular, future-ready platform designed to help QSR brands improve efficiency and deliver more modern, consistent guest experiences; I’m proud to share that we have started with the installation of the first units.

And in Q4, we completed the acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media, a transformative moment for CRI. Their capabilities, talent, and partnerships significantly strengthen our position across Retail Media Networks, content services, and enterprise digital deployments. Together, we enter 2026 with greater scale and strategic clarity, with you, our customer, at the center of everything we do.

Looking ahead, four major trends reinforce our optimism: the rise of in-store retail media, the continued growth of programmatic DOOH, the expanding role of AI in content and operations, and the increasing demand for POS-integrated signage. These shifts align directly with our strengths and the solutions we are bringing to market.
